Booking Trip:

• Book trip through Expedia www.expedia.com or Pueblo Bonito Pacifica www.pueblobonitopacifica.com website (these are where we've found the best prices - though Expedia is usually the very best).  


• Book flight/hotel together as a package rather than separately (it's much cheaper).


• If booking through Expedia, the "Going to" section should be "Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, Mexico."


• Get the "all inclusive" Pueblo Bonito Pacifica package for just a little more, as it pays for all meals AND alcoholic drinks at the resort and nearby sister resorts (that's right, all sister resorts too!). You'll pay a lot more for food and drinks otherwise. Trust us, it's a great deal.


• Pacifica's sister resorts - Pueblo Bonito Rose, Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos Blanco and Pueblo Bonito Sunset - are other good hotel options that offer the "all inclusive" meal/drink package if you want to consider other hotel price ranges or plan on bringing kids (Pacifica is an adult only hotel, however children can come for the actual wedding, of course). Rose and Blanca are the cheapest of the resorts, directly in the city and about a 15-20 minute shuttle ride to Pacifica. Sunset is the priciest of all, but only a 5 minute shuttle ride to Pacifica.  


• If you choose to stay at another resort that's not Pueblo Bonito Pacifica, please contact Jeff or Heidi directly so we can make sure to relay this information to Pacifica's wedding organizer. Also feel free to call either of us if you have any hotel questions.


• It's probably in your best interest to book your flight/hotel by no later than August 1st, just to be on the safe side for room availability purposes.

Transportation:

• Book a shuttle through the hotel (or Expedia if you purchase trip through them) in advance. It's about a $30 roundtrip shuttle ride to and from the hotel, and will make your Mexican airport experience much smoother. The hotel will send you a map and instructions on where to meet them after you land.


• You WILL be bombarded by several timeshare/transportation sales people when you arrive at the San Jose del Cabo airport. Don't get sidetracked, just follow your map/instructions to the shuttle that's outside of the airport.


• All shuttle rides are free to and from each Pueblo Bonito family resort (but remember it's always nice to tip).

Resort Details & Arrival:   

• Bring cash for shuttles/taxis/excursions/server tips. They take U.S. dollars or pesos.


• Pueblo Bonito Pacifica has a non-swimmable beach (however, you can walk the beach and walk in the shallow surf). If you want to swim in the ocean, a free shuttle can take you to the swimmable sister beach resort that's 10-15 minutes away whenever you like. Remember, there are a couple of swimming pools at the resorts too.


• If you want to have dinner at the fancier Pacifica resort restaurant "Siempre" you will need to make reservations in advance during the day. This is not necessary for their breakfast or lunch. ANY meal/drink at this restaurant is still part of the "all inclusive" package.


• Once you arrive and check-in to the hotel, feel free to ask for Jeff and Heidi's room number (at Pacifica), in case you need to get ahold of us at any point. We'd actually love to know when you arrive!

Tuesday, October 30th: 

         2pm - Heidi and Jeff arrive at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Resort & Spa!

Wednesday, October 31st:

Noon-5pm - "Pool Fun Day!" Swimming, pool games, beer pong, etc. Enjoy the sun, tequila and cervezas!! 

6pm - Meet at Siempre "Refresca" Bar to celebrate Halloween with some cocktails, and then head to "Aire" outdoor buffet for dinner. 

Thursday, November 1st:

10am - Snorkelers meet in hotel lobby to catch shuttles.

11am-2pm - "Snorkeling/Yacht Cruise" (lunch and drinks included).

4:45pm - Meet in hotel lobby to catch shuttles to Pueblo Bonito Sunset for cigar/cocktail hour.

5-7pm - Cigars and cocktails while watching the sun set at Pueblo Bonito Sunset cigar bar. (Dinner on your own.)

Friday, November 2nd - WEDDING DAY!!! And, happy Dia de los Muertos!:

           5-11pm - Jeff and Heidi get hitched! (see "Wedding Day Details" section for more info.)

Saturday, November 3rd:

9am - Wedding hangover breakfast on your own. :-)

Noon-8pm - Pool/Beach relaxation time...and enjoy Cabo.

8pm - Meet at Pacifica resort firepit for stories, drinks and laughter....belee dat!

Sunday, November 4th:

          9am - Breakfast with family/friends at Siempre Restaurant. 

        12pm - Open Day/Departures (Heidi and Jeff honeymoon...oooh la la!)

Friday, November 2nd:

4:30pm - All guests head to beach area of Pueblo Bonito Pacifica for wedding ceremony.

5pm - Ceremony begins.

5:30pm - Group pictures taken.

5:45pm - Guests to be conducted to firepit area for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.

7-11pm - Dinner and party time!
